The contents of the code of Conduct & Ethics is to serve as a guide to all members of the Institute in their practice as Professional Registrars.

The code of Conduct & Ethics has been carefully drawn up and requires strict observation as a condition for membership by all members.

The Professional Registrars should realize that he has responsibility to his employer, client companies, shareholders, regulatory authorities and the general public. The Institute requires its members, as of necessity, to recognise these responsibilities in the conduct of their business and to adhere strictly to the Institute’s Code of Conduct & Ethics.
