The foundation curriculum has been developed for graduates in relevant disciplines who are holders of either First Degree or Higher National Diploma certificates. The programme with help them gain hands on knowledge shares registration practice.

The Programme is specifically tailored for individuals desiring to cut a niche in Share Registration. In this course students will be introduced to the Theory and Practice of Share Registration, Company Law, and Research Methodology etc.

ICMR PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION

  • Eligibility/Qualification: NCE/ND
  • Application forms for student registration are obtainable from the secretariat or visit the Institute website to download: www.icmr.org.ng. The application form contains information on current fees, subscriptions, and levies.
  • Venue: ICMR Secretariat.
Date: February 26th -March 1st, 2024.

Fees:

The application form and registration fee is N10,000.

SECURITIES DATA MANAGEMENT & PRACTICE CERTIFICATE COURSE

  • Target: BSc & HND holders with minimum of three years’ experience, Middle Level Management position or Financial Market Operators who want to develop Management expertise in capital market and obtain ICMR certification.
  • Venue:Hybrid (physical and virtual)
Date: March 13th, 14th & 18th, 2024.

Fees:

Virtual - N135,000 Physical – N180,000 Exemptions: Persons who successfully complete this programme will be exempted from Pre-foundation, Foundation, and Professional One of the Institute’s professional examinations. To qualify as Associates, such persons will be required to sit for the final stage of the examination i.e., Professional Two.

COMPANY SECRETARIES & REGISTRARS FORUM by ICSAN AND ICMR

  • Target: ICSAN and ICMR Members
